Purchase conditions.

1. - The price of the products is unitary and it is in euros (€).
2. - For the countries of the European Union, the displayed price includes IVA. 
3. - For the countries that do not comprise of the European Union, the price does not include any type of taxes, expenses of customs or tariffs.
4. - For other currencies, the quotation will be applied that corresponds at the time.

Characteristics of the pieces

1. - The pieces correspond exactly in qualities to the exposed in this Web.
2. - All the pieces of Madirolas go presented/displayed in customized boxes, adding an exclusive touch for a Gift of Design.




1. - The possible forms of payment are: through Paypal or banking transference.
2. - In both cases, the single order will be considered made when the payment has been received.

Paypal payment:

- Once that has pressed the button of purchase confirmation (add to cart), will be directed towards the safe web of PayPal to complete the payment procedure.
All the main credit cards are accepted. If PayPal does not accept your credit card, this could be due to a limit of purchases in a card that PayPal establishes for security reasons. In order to solve this problem, you can register an account with PayPal. This registry is totally free of charge and it will allow you to make more purchases with credit card.

Payment banking transference:

Also we accept payments by entrance or banking transference. The entrance is immediate, the transference can take up to 2 working days. Bank account for payment:  Bankia. You will receive by email the account number after confirming the order.

Manufacturing and transport

1. - Madirolas Jewels will send the merchandise requested in the smaller possible time, being the maximum of shipment 15 working days, counted  from the reception of the payment.
If by some reason the piece were not prepared on time, there will be consulted with the buyer if he wishes to maintain the order or to annul it.
In case of cancellation by delay the amount paid in its totality will be return to the client.
2. - Madirolas Jewels sends its orders by certified mail. The order will be given in person to the direction provided by you. Consult for other forms of shipment.
Madirolas Jewels will send you an electronic mail once the package has been sent, providing in its case a number of pursuit.
All the information that we required of you during the process of purchase (name, direction of electronic mail, mailing dress, telephone number ) with the purpose of completing your order is totally protected.  Your personal information is not going to leave our data base without your permission.


Right to the return of merchandise

1. - Within the 7 following days to the reception of the order, the client who has bought the merchandise for his own personal use can give back the merchandise freely.
2. - The right to the return of merchandise will not be valid if the articles have been used, worn away or if they present/display marks, abrasions or scratches of any type. The articles must be given back in their original boxes with all the documentation sent with the merchandise. The right to the return is not applied to articles acquired for commercial aims and not for private use.
3. - For the return of the merchandise, the client will have to inform to Madirolas Jewels his intention to do it within the 48 following hours to the reception of the merchandise. Madirolas Jewels will come to inform to the client by electronic mail on the acceptance of the return and the shipment of the package with products to the direction that will be communicated.
4. - The insurance and the expenses of shipment of given back merchandise will be on behalf of the client, in no case will accept shipments to cost due. In case that the client did not assure the given back goods, he continues being the only person in charge in case of loss or robbery during the shipment. For articles of high value, the client must coordinate with Madirolas Jewels through electronic mail , a service of trustworthy mail for the return of the merchandise. The expenses of insurance and shipment for this service will be paid by the client.
5. - Once received the merchandise and verified this, the integral amount of its order will be paid to the buyer.
6. - Also, you can change the purchase by a different piece. If it needs additional information on our company and the services, contact with us and we do all the possible to clarify any doubt.
